I always preferred hand washing my car over taking it to the car wash. As far as chores around the house go, washing your car is one of the more fun ones I'd say.

We do it ourselves, it's a lot cheaper that way and yeah, one of the more tolerable chores to be done. It's the waxing that I hate.

Almost never. Me and my sister & brother used to have fun washing my mom's car when we were little but I dont think I ever hand washed my own car.

Much as I'd like to be, I'm just not that anal retentive over my car. The automatic car wash is fine for me.

I never wash it myself. It's over the bridge to Brooklyn where I have it hand washed and waxed.
