Lady Gaga becomes first artist to reach one billion online video views
Lady GaGa has become the first artist in history to have her music videos watched a total of one billion times online.
The singer managed to reach the landmark figure with data for just three of her singles. She recently clocked in with 375 million hits for the video to 'Poker Face', 360 million for 'Bad Romance' and 273 million for 'Just Dance' (watch them by clicking below).
The figure doesn't include views for her other singles, including 'Paparazzi' and her recent UK chart-topping collaboration with Beyonce, 'Telephone'.
The research, undertaken by research company Visible Measure, included at viewer statistics for sites such as YouTube and Vevo. They found that there are now 65 videos that have garnered more than 100 million views each, with Beyonce's 'Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)' and Susan Boyle's Britain's Got Talent audition heading the list of music related clips, alongside Lady GaGa.
