Severe, no, but I have a strong reaction to cigarette smoke. A co-worker was a heavy smoker who rolled her own cigarettes. I was eating lunch in our office, where she hung her coat, and after 5 mins, I had to leave as I was getting dizzy and nauseous and felt really light headed. The office was a small room that we mainly used for paperwork, files and for storing our stuff, and for lunches, but little else. Once I got outside, my lungs began to clear and the dizziness and nausea and lightheadedness left. I mentioned it to her and she started leaving her coat in a more open area, so it didn't bother me after that but it's not the first time I've had a strong reaction to cigarette smoke if I'm in an enclosed area or surrounded by people who are smoking.
