My wife used to buy the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit calendar for me at Christmas but then I switched to The Far Side. I don't have calendars for myself anymore.

When I was a young man in the late '60s I got the Playboy calendar - it was almost expected, along with poptop pull tab curtains.

I have not. I think they are tacky. If they are displayed, one runs the risk of a child seeing it, or someone looking down on it, so I don't see the point even in a guy's workshop or something.
