I think Chris just gave me an idea of what's gonna be for dinner. To answer the question, there is a Coney Island restaurant not far from my apartment that makes chili/cheese fries that are too die for. I tried making them myself a few times, but they never turned out quite like the pros.

A good way to make them is to make some french fries at home, put chilli beans on top and then top them off with your favority cheese.
What I have done is gone to McDonals and get their fries, go to Wendy's and get their chilli. Take them home and do the same.

They're good if they're done right. I don't like them when they're too greasy. And I don't like everybody's chilli, so if that's nasty.....the fries will be too.

One of the best places in my area to get them is a place called the Lucky Greek. wienerschnitzel has some pretty good ones as well.
