Not in athletics. For everyday use? I guess if the government allows people to be stupid and misuse the others you listed you can make the argument for steroids too. Hey, if acne, shrunken testicles, psychotic rage and possible amputation is the price you want to pay for an overinflated physique? Hell, I say go for it.

No. Not considering the harmful effects. I remember a hockey player being on tv once who looked really bad & he said it was steroid use. He said they caused "bone death" in his case. I think if they were legalized everyone would be using them regularly in the middle & high schools. I know the coaches & school would even be encouraging it. The long term effects are just not worth it.

Not a chance in hell. There are some things, like booze where you can say prohibiting it isn't working, and it caused less harm when it was legal, but steroids? Uh uh, hell no.
