If I had more time I would paint and maybe even take a class in art.

I would like to take some courses on film editing, I do editing on my computer at home and I am sure doing film is a lot more challenging.

If I won the lottery I would like to learn woodworking, a foreign language, cooking classes, gardening.

If I had a lot of time, I would join a book club. I know it is not a huge time requirement, but I find that I don't have time to dedicate to a hobby that "has" to get done. That would seem like too much.
