Thinking of the Promise I remembered a movie I saw about 2 years ago late night with Stockard Channing. It was about a very unattractive girl (SC) in school who is bullied and picked on because she was ugly. She is in a terrible car accident and has plastic surgery and becomes a very beautiful woman. She goes back to school and has her revenge on the ones that picked on her. Evidently you tube has the whole movie online, here is part one.

I haven't seen this in forever but definitely worth watching.
