I think it takes less effort to lower a mood than it does to lift one, so let me ask you this: when you're depressed/sorrowful or angry/livid, do you easily come out of those moods, or does it have to pass on its own?

A bit of both I'd say. I prob. tend to stop feeling depressed quicker than others. But if I'm angry, then you'd just have to let that pass. You'd want to leave me alone when I'm angry.

It pretty much has to pass on its own. There are people & things that can help depending on the situation.

When I'm sad or angry I just have to let it pass. It's like a virus, I just need to let it run it's course and hopefully I'll feel better when it's over.

There are certain things that can unupset me when I'm pissed off, but those things are few and not everyone has those gifts. I need to let it past for the most part. When people try and lift my spirits, they just make me more upset.

It depends on what I'm upset about....but usually the people who upset me are the only people who can fix my mood quickly. Rarely does it work when others try.
