Another one probably no one will reply to but anyway.
From 1999, directed by Steven Soderbergh starring Brit Terrance Stamp. He plays Wilson, a longtime career criminal who just got out of prison and has come to L.A. to investigate the recent death of his adult daughter. Underused Luis Guzman (Boogie Nights, Waiting) helps out along with Lesley Ann Warren. The wonderful Bill Duke has an uncredited cameo as a DEA agent. Not a great movie...it has flaws but I love the character. They use archival footage from one of Stamp's films from 30 years before as flashbacks.
