The Kevin Williamson flavor that was all over Dawson's Creek is on this show too, with the music playing in the background, and the sharp but soft look.

This is like a really good show. I'm only halfway through the first season, but I'm enjoying it a lot. I liked seeing Damon get his comeuppances in the 5th episode.

I can imagine watching the show with someone, and messing around during the commercial break.
