    Yep. Red and green apples don't taste the same to me. Green apples are more tart and tangy. I like tart and tangy.

    I like the reddish yellow or the pink ones, I do NOT like the Washington Red Delicious Apples, their skin is too bitter. I like Braeburn or Jonathan's or Pink Ladys, stuff like that.

    I said green, but really I like just about any apple OTHER than Red Delicious. The meat of the apple is too mealy. I don't like the texture.
