There are a few independently owned coffee shops in and near my town, and they sometimes have live jazz trios, so I like those.
This sounds dumb, but my little 5 cup coffeemaker is great, and I love to make coffee at home and drink it with TV.

My kitchen. But when I'm out, Dunkin is the usual place I get coffee and a pastry.
