Some people are Wikipedia addicts, have thousands of article edits, and go so far as to elaborately decorate their user page.

When I search a subject, often I will hit the Wiki entry because it is the most concise source of info, usually in common vernacular. Sometimes it is to verify what I think I already know, so accuracy is not a concern. If I have doubts I continue the search.

However, if you haven't seen a movie, don't use Wiki because they often give a COMPLETE synopsis without any spoiler warnings. I check them after the fact for details on actors and character names.
