    I have never seen it, as far as I can recall. But I think it would be so cool to see a couple getting engaged somewhere.

    i personally never have... but my closest cousin, her boyfriend and 2 kids along with her sister and mom all went on vacation in march to disneyland, and my cousins fiancee popped the question in front of one of the castles.. they had a crowd and they cheered after she said yes.. they sent me pics but would've been cool to see.

    my aunt and other cousin were shocked by it too.

    Yes, once I was at a restaurant when a man proposed to his girlfriend. I wasn't sitting too close to their table, so I couldn't hear their exact words, but he was on his knees. Apparently she said yes, because they kissed and the whole room erupted in applause.
