I have cut down on the soda drinking now I drink water or (ugh) flavored seltzer. I try to drink soda maybe once a week now.

I admit that I am bad when it comes to my caffeinated addiction. Like cheaps said, I may go one day without one, but will be back on the sauce the following.

I rarely drink carbonated soft drinks.
Years ago, when putting gas in the tractor I would get an ice cold Coke out of the machine (glass bottles to give a clue to the time). Then I would have heartburn shortly after. I got a clue and stopped the Coke and the heartburns stopped too.
Now, the only thing I use Coca Cola for is cleaning rust off of steel.

I can go days, weeks and even months without drinking soda. I don't buy it. I don't crave it. Once in a blue, I'll get a soda if I'm just really craving some acid....but soda is never beverage of choice. Nope.
