I think these studies are full of CRAP! Yeah, if you have an EXTRA serving EVERY DAY, it'll make you gain weight.
I have a fraction of a serving, maybe once a week, IF that. Pulease.
These studies that single out one food are trying to be a lot more ground breaking than they actually are. | |

| LOL, these studies are just so fucking pointless. Quite frankly, NOTHING makes you gain weight. 'Fast' food, 'junk' food....none of that is bad for you. It's only a problem when it's consumed in abundance and NOT worked off. People are always trying to blame a McDonald's for their weight problems. Food is good. It looks good, smells good, tastes good and feels good. Eat whatever the fuck you want. | |
