So, turns out all those super-dee-dooper-mega-extreme healthy cereals like Smart Start and such are also some of the worst cereals you can eat.
Turns out things that don't naturally have Riboflavin in them... shouldn't be ingested.
And it turns out that the honestly "unhealthy" cereals like Cinnamon Toast Crunch are some of the better choices.
Raisin Bran? 20g of sugar.
Smart Start? 17g of sugar.
Rice Krispies? ... 4g of sugar.
WTF.
