The ones in the black robes in DC. They've just struck down a California law that bans the sale of violent video games to minors in the name of the First Amendment. Agree? Disagree? Of course parents are responsible to raise their children but the courts have to make it more difficult? A minor still can't buy a copy of Playboy. As Justice Stephen Breyer dissented, what sense does it make to protect children by restricting sale of an extremely violent interactive video game "only when the woman - bound, gagged, tortured, and killed - is also topless?"

Re: The Supremes
I agree. Honestly, I have never gotten into video game censorship. It's only a game, and those are just graphics. To me it is akin to folks like Tipper Gore wanting to censor cartoon violence. At a certain point it all just becomes too anal retentive.
