Do you have it written down in legalese what's to become of your stuff or who's to raise your children if you die? Are you in-line to get anything from some rich uncle (sorry folks, don't look in this direction)? What about a living will? Have you left instructions to either unplug you or for your doctors and relatives to keep their hands off?

I don't have a legal will but have written down my wishes for disposal of me and my belongings in a notorized document. On the bottom of that document is the statement "It's not my problem."
I have had a living will for years and because I live in this backward state, it has an attached essay explaining exactly what I think about keeping bodies alive long after they should have died.
My stepdaughter was the one to pull the plug, but since she is also In Trust For my bank accounts, I thot it best to change to my grandson when he turned 18. He was scared until we explained that "pull the plug" was an expression and he would not have to actually turn off the equipment.

Yep. I have life insurance and beneficiaries and that's about it.

Yep. I had my first will drawn up after I graduated college. It's been revised four times since then. I'll revise it yet again after my son is born.

Neither do I. Just gonna let them fight over my DVDs. Wouldn't mind watching that from beyond. Might be a few surprises there.
