Do you ever play Monopoly?

Thanks to Atlantic City for the game.

Greatest board game ever invented, but I don't have it. Used to, a long, long time ago; but only God knows whatever happened to it.

We haven't had a game night in a while but I've played it many, many time.

i play, like ny said, it can be long as hell, we usually stop before after buying a few houses/hotels

Sometimes, I like it. When I was 8 years old I bought the game that I still use, the deluxe edition Monopoly, cost $22, and it should say how boring our lives are because 8 years old I was SO excited when it finally arrived.

I have several versions of it including a Wizard of Oz edition.

Yup -= love the game, and the different versions. I always thought it would be fun to get 4 different boards from different countries/areas and play a huge international version of polygon - put the boards corner to corner so rather than going around the board when you hit "go", you move to the n ext board and go around that, with all of the "go's" placed together forming a square of their own so that instead of turning the corner, you move to the next board and carry on. You'd have different currencies and property all over the world. Of course organizing that would take enough people and enough time.
