I trim my toenails - lotta guys don't bother. (But I travel in foot fetish circles) Keep what's left of my hair trimmed and shave on my cheeks and neck around my beard. That's about it. But metrosexual is more about young men.

I trim visible hair, as well as finger and toe nails. I don't exfoliate, manscape or pluck my eyebrows (although I will let the barber trim them.)
