COFFEE!
For the past half century, I have only missed a few days without coffee (usually for surgery - where they give me compensating drugs anyhow)
One time when I went without coffee and was conscious I got a headache - withdrawal symptoms.

Probably emptying my bladder and bowels. I think I can go a day without just about anything else. Not that I'd want to but I could. Maybe someone will name something that I didn't think of.

Yeah - good point, Alan, and I'd also say water!!! I wake up SO dehydrated the next morning if I don't drink enough water.

I considered that at first and thought I could go a day without drinking but on second thought I think you're right TSJ. Thirst would probably drive me nuts.

Water is my answer. Not just a beverage, but actual water. I drink so much of it during the day. I would be hard pressed to go a full day without it.

Water is my main beverage, too. A friend of mine adds Crustal Light and one of the little monsters I worked with last year tried to argue that he could have Crystal Light at his desk - water only policy - but for me, it's plain water - tap or filtered.
