Is there a radio playing somewhere or can you listen on your computer? If you have no control, is what's playing so awful that you'd rather just listen to the hum of the fluorescent lights?

We have no radio here at work. i do listen to music from my laptop A LOT when im at work, its either that or i'll have the tv on in the breakfast room, which isn't too far away, so that im not in silence.

I wish. But no. I work in a room full of other talk agents, music would be another distraction in this environment.

From time to time. It's really just me in this area, and I tend to get bored; usually what I'll do is just go to YouTube and listen to my music playlist on it.
