| Not really. Its one of the most boring desserts there is IMO. If I am eating cake I need it saturated in icing, dont like plain. | |

| It's okay. Not too sweet...goes good with some vanilla ice cream. | |

| Only when I'm desperate for something sweet and it's the only option available. I wouldn't buy a pound cake though....that's always someone else's doing. | |

| Love it, and the denser the better. But it's pass it for a slice of good chocolate layered cake. | |

But it's pass it for a slice of good chocolate layered cake. No! You use two slices of pound cake to make a sandwich. | |

| Eh. Like Nhaiyel said, it'll do in a pinch but I wouldn't chose it as a snack of choice. | |

| It is much too heavy for me. This past winter my friend brought over an almond pound cake. I just took one bite at a time over a few hours while we were scrapbooking. And each time I took a bite, I didn't feel well for about 15 minutes. I finally figured out I must have a sensitivity to the almond extract or something. | |
