I've got a few, can't think of them now but as a kid I could NOT get the word 'leather' right to save my life, it always came out le-ler.

I don't get it, but I have a hard time saying, "stomp". It usually comes out "stamp".

You mean like, "Can I axe you a question?" No. There may be words that I initially mispronounce but I can learn without any problem.

Contentious. It's not that I CAN'T pronounce it properly, but I tend to slag on it in passing. There might be some more, but that's the only one I can think of now.

I got another one: vodka. My brother is always nagging me because it comes through like 'voka', and he's always on my case 'there is NO silent D in vodka!' I'm like who the hell cares? people know what it means.
