Re: 'As seen on TV'
I can't think of the name of it now but there was a mop made out of that material that absorbs spills. Total crap. The Showtime knives aren't professional quality but they are worth the money.

The ped egg. Eh.....I could've saved my money. Not like I really needed it......perhaps that is the reason it didn't live up to the hype to me.

Re: 'As seen on TV'
Nothing.
I usually don't buy things seen on TV, figuring somehow they had to pay for those expensive ads, so it would be overpriced or inferior quality to support the ad budget.

We have one of George's grills too. Works fine. There must be some other things that I'm just drawing a blank on.

Most of ours we got from stores, not TV directly.cheaps wrote:i haven't tried anything from tv though, i've never ordered from tv or anything like that.

Re: 'As seen on TV'
Pedi Paws for my dad's dog. And it DID NOT work. I have the PedEgg too and I don't think it lived up to the hype. At a rummage sale, I found, brand new, those pasta things that you just place boiling water and pasta in. If they do work, the ability to make them do so is lost on me.
It's kind of hard to imagine that Oxyclean was once sold on television. I think that is probably the best thing ever sold on TV.

Those things are wonderful, aren't they? Between it, my toaster and my microwave, I don't even need a stove.

Re: 'As seen on TV'
I really don't know. I don't buy things form infomercials but some of the things I have might have been sold there originally before going to the shelves, where I picked them up.
