When a child is obese, not just overweight, but so clinically obese to the point where their health is in jeopardy, do you think their parents should be investigated by Child Protective Services?

Meh, I don't think so. We don't need to start a precedent like that.

No I don't feel they should. CPS getting involved is overstepping. People can be obese for any number of reasons. Even if it is a case of overeating, that can't be blamed 100% on the parents.
