Misery was one of Stephen Kings best books and the movie was awesome. Kathy Bates in her first film role stole the show she was so creepy. If anyone hasn't seen Misery I recommend it.

I LOVE that movie Misery! LOL Anytime it's on I try to catch it.
That was bad, but the book's version was worse, she chopped his foot off with an ax and then burn it with a blowtorch to seal the cut. I'm not kidding, soon as I read that, I immediately reached back to feel my own right foot! LOL

Yeah she did, which made it a REAL bitch to try and continue writing the story, especially given that the n key didn't work and good luck trying to pencil them in without a thumb.
