    Dressing 'Young.' Empty Dressing 'Young.'

We've all heard the term, and have seen people be accused of trying to look or act too young for their age. Do you think there is a such thing as dressing too young?

I dress for comfort and wear a tank-top or T-shirt with cutoff denim shorts most of the time. While that is the attire of my youth, I don't see anyone else dressed like that any more other than the occasional old man or woman. It even gets my attention.

I see some things that only a cute young person would get away with wearing (denim pants with holes in them) and would never go for that style.

Now about that Bikini that I wear when I can't go nude. I have a baggy, uncomfortable, drippy-when-wet, grandson approved bathing suit, which I only wear getting to the pool or hot tub.

That is what young ppl wear these days and when I went to get a bathing suit for a cruise, the girl took me to those hideous shorts. I told her I was looking for something brief, like only old men wear and she took me to the Bikinis.

Outside of models selling the things, I have only seen a couple of cute young guys wearing briefs at the pool. Mostly middle aged or old European men wear them, so I guess I am dressing for my age.

Yes. I know people in my own age group who try to dress like they're 15 years younger than they are, and look silly for it. Let's not pretend there aren't styles and fashions that are specifically targeted toward, and better fitted on, certain age demographics.
