Aware now of Tea’s fatal diagnosis, Todd is the picture of compassion and loyalty.
But first, Todd has to give Tea a little hell for not coming forward about her brain tumor right away.
Todd insists he’ll be with her at her next appointment, let’s go.
Tea drags Todd to a pit stop before the appt. – Starr’s graduation.
Todd escorts Tea to her next appointment for radiation.
Danielle and Nate go to the quarry for alone time when they stumble upon loot, probably someone else’s.
Nate feels increasingly edgy about the loot he and Dani stumbled upon.
Nate resolves to deal with the (probably) hot loot on his hands by handing it over to help his ma pay the rest of the mortgage and save their house from foreclosure.
Congratulations to Starr for graduating.
Dorian raises a glass of congratulations to Starr and Langston for making it out of high school with flying colors.
Bull’s on the other line trying to make James miserable and on edge.
In desperation, James makes a getaway to avoid Bull.
Starr and Hope are in peril as James holds them hostage in their ride. It’s not for long. When he’s sure he lost Bull, he bails, headed for the quarry and his stolen $50,000.
The problem is, Nate and Dani already found the bag of money James stashed at the quarry. Now it’s gone and James is screwed.
Bull rattles James’ chains, involving Starr now as bait. James must retrieve that stolen money or watch Starr be hurt.
After Starr gets her diploma, James grabs her away to help offer him asylum.
Before Starr does anything for James, he has to tell her everything. He explains that he took money from his dad (who beats him) and ran away from home. Now his dad’s thug henchman Bull is after him. James ran away to be closer to Ford and go to college, with this money, start a new life.
Starr puts James up in her Aunt Viki’s cabin.
Cole makes bail thanks to Eli’s lawyering, free to roam and be with Starr. But where is Starr? Cole and Langston would like to know. She split after getting her diploma.
Cole makes it to Starr’s graduation celebration, as jaws drop, but Starr hasn’t gotten there yet.
John walks in on Hannah trying to handle Marty.
John grills Hannah good, pursuing a hard line of questioning.
Guilt follows Langston wherever she goes.
Langston unburdens her soul to Blair.
Langston expresses remorse for what she’s done, when she takes Cole aside to talk.
Cole and Langston leave no stone unturned to find Starr.
Cole enjoys daddy time with Hope.
At first, Ford honestly can’t recall the identity of his beater, leaving John in a pickle.
When followed up, Ford validates what Langston and Markko have already told the cops.
John passes on info about Ford having woken up to Brody and Jessica.
Jessica inwardly worries she may have been the one—as an alter—to have beaten Ford almost to death.
Jessica tells Brody that she ended up at Ford’s place, before he was almost murdered.
Dr. Levin tells Jessica it’s pretty certain none of her alters did this thing to Ford. She’s cured, remember.
Total recall overwhelms Ford. He relays what he knows to John. Hannah better run for the hills.
Matthew discloses to David what Dani did to him.
Matthew faces a lot of girl trouble, thanks to big bro David and his wacky ideas.
David takes Matthew out for a ride on the wild side with some hookers.
Before one of the hookers breaks Matthew’s cherry, Destiny causes a scene.
Layla prepares to take Cristian to her Maryland hometown to meet the family and introduce him as her fiancé.
Next week: Jessica takes Natalie into her confidence… Ford fingers Hannah to John… Cole springs a shocking development on Hannah… Cole considers whether it’s worth the risk to flout his bail conditions… Jessica rests easy now… Langston takes Ford to task. Will he smarten up?... Dani wishes the ground will swallow her up whole, when she sees Todd and Tea under the sheets… Dani discloses to Tea that maybe Todd didn’t push Marty after all… Todd and Tea resolve to include Dani in the secret (about the brain tumor)… Todd will not let Tea go at all, he tries to exhort her to beat this… James cajoles Starr into committing an unlawful act… Hannah makes it look like Starr did something illegal… Nate faces big trouble… Charlie comes across David splayed out and out cold… Kelly and Reed become distant, trouble in paradise.
