Not as long as True Blood is on HBO, Dexter on Showtime & The Sons of Anarchy are on FX. I watch almost no network shows.

All I have is broadcast service, tho I can only get it thru cable connection. Of that I don't watch much - usually a DVD in the evening after the news.

I could actually do without a TV, period, in my life. Working nights affords me no time to watch, and when I'm home during the day, I can find a ton of other ways to fill my time without having to turn on the TV. So I've actually weaned myself off it, and the only time I watch is whenever I have a night off from work, but only because my husband and daughter have it on--I will read, knit, or do needlepoint at the same time to keep myself awake since TV alone puts me right to sleep!

I'm not going back to network television only. That would be too akin to not watching TV at all.

I could. But I wouldn't like it. I'd eventually buy the DVD season of whatever shows I could no longer watch first run.

I am actually thinking about giving it up at the moment. There is so much online as it is. But, I probably won't because I am so addicted to that damn DVR!
