Just my wedding ring on my left hand. I used to wear rings on my right hand, but had to stop, because lymphadema kicked in after all my surgeries/radiation and my hand and fingers have tendency to fill up with fluid and swell at random--didn't want to worry about possibly not getting a ring off when that happens.

There was a time in the '70s that I wore about 5 silver rings on fingers of both hands plus a silver bracelet. Those are history, rings can get in the way.
I wore a wedding band for years but it is hanging on a chain with my wife's now.
I wear no rings at present.

I used to wear my class ring all the time until I lost it. I tend to lose my jewelry. So I don't wear rings that often.
