Yea, I think so. Like a mini-meatloaf with mashed potatoes instead of tomato-based sauce.
Last year my husband made dressing muffins with the left-overs. His dressing has more meat in it than I like, so I'm not wild about them. But meatloaf, yes.

Looks to me like chives, and other garnishments. maybe bacon bits, and I don't know what the orange/yellow stuff is.
