No one should be privy to your medical info unless you want to share for some reason. That is also the law now.

No, it's not an employers business – unless the person is operating heavy duty machinery.

For the most part, none of their business. Although I suppose it would be in everyone's best interest about certain drugs. Machinery, or anything that could pose a threat if someone has a seizure or something.
