weekly sales ads

do you scan the sales ads weekly, then shop accordingly? or do you shop as you need things and buy what happens to be on sale?

The latter. Don't usually scan the ads unless I'm on a quest for something spendy.

I've done both, but I more than likely will shop as I need things and buy what happens to be on sale.

I only look for sales if I'm going to be in the market for a specific product to begin with. No matter how good the advertised price for left-handed screw drivers is, if I don't need one...pass.

I look through the sales all the time and if I see something I want or something that I use a lot, I'll get it. I also buy on a as needed basis. Im not going to wait for toilet paper to go on sale.
