I have every Friday off since I elected to go to a 32-hour workweek. At my place it is still considered full time so I keep my health insurance. Costs me about $6K a year but a 3-day weekend is worth it.
This week I have five days off. I took yesterday - Veterans' Day off, + Friday off and I will be off Monday as my belated B'day off.

Yep, I'm off today - and I got Monday off as well, with pay.
(got screwed on the Friday Xmas & New Year holiday - didn't get holiday pay since I wasn't scheduled to work anyway.)
