I live in an apartment, so I never clean them on the outside. I clean the inside of them probably 2 or 3 times a month.

I have jalousy windows so I clean inside and out at the same time. I don't do it too often, just when the salt & grime buildup makes a film that annoys me. Not that I look out my window that often at the apartment across the patio and since I like to be naked, the blinds are tilted just to let in light without much view thru the windows.
