    Yes if its made right with Ricotta cheese and Mozarella. In the pic above that looks like Vegetable Eggplant Parmigana. One of my sisters makes the best Eggplant Parmigana in the world!!!!

    I occasionally have the Michael Angelo entree of Eggplant Parmesan. I don't really cook.
