What are you all doing for Easter to all it applies to?

I am going to my Sister's house, most of my family will be there. This year's menu is:
Ricotta Ball Soup
Fresh Fruit Cup
Antipasto
Stuffed Shells with Meat gravy
Honeyed Spiral Ham
Sweet Potatoes
Corn on the Cob
String Beans
Stuffed Mushrooms
Mashed Potatoes
Hot Biscuits
Apple Sauce


For Deserts I am making Ambrosia and a Butter Pecan cake.
There will be a lot of other deserts from the other people coming, Pastries, cookies, Pies, Chocolate Pudding Graham Cracker cake, Ricotta Cheese Cake, Jello, home made cherry cheescake and lord knows what else.

Only thing on the menu so far is ham. Probably sweet potatoes & some apples & cinnamon.

Oh, my goodness! That is quite a menu.

I don't know what I am going to cook on Easter. I don't know if my guy is working that day or not. If he is, my son and I will probably go out. Otherwise we will have a big dinner here, probably not ham though.

My niece's 17th birthday is on the 6th, but she pretty much has plans fri and sat with her friends and her father's side of her family. Were gonna celebrate it on Easter, she opted to have steaks and burgers. I'll be bringing a side of veggies. Were going to combine it with hiding/finding Easter eggs.

Thus far, all I know is that we're having turkey and most likely some homemade macaroni and cheese. We're going grocery shopping tomorrow, so no doubt there will be many additional add-on's this year. It's going to be a quiet Easter for us this year; I'll probably visit my parents, but there isn't going to be a big family get together to the best of my knowledge. Everyone is having dinner at their own house.

We do Easter brunch every year at my brother in law's house with his family. Breakfast foods are on the menu around 11:30am, but this year I'm also working, so I'll have to cut out early.

It's just going to be the four of us and we're having turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, rolls, Jello, pretty much like Thanksgiving.

So Tony, what kind of wine do you want me to bring?
