Have you parted ways with your cassette tapes?

Ugh, I just can't part with mine. I am in the process of totally downsizing, but I just can't get rid of them!

Never, with them I can get music off my CDs and off the computer and it doesn't require any downloading. I find it hard to beat that.

I can't remember the last time I had a cassette tape. It's been well over 15 years since I've purchased one. In fact, the last tape I bought was "janet." which came out in 93. They've just slowly disappeared as I bought more cd's. Now I don't even own any real cd's, I buy blanks and make mixed cd's (which I used to do ALOT in the 90's with blank tapes) with my laptop.

LOL, mine are under the bed somewhere. If I could even find a cassette player they would probably self-destruct. I think I'll let them rest in peace.

Haven't had a regular cassette in ages. I do have a few of those micro ones for a recorder.

I haven't gotten rid of them, but I don't play them anymore. They're all in boxes in my basement. They meant too much to me at the time for me to throw them out, but, again, I don't play them anymore.

Cheaps, that may not have been the last one I bought (Janet) but I know it was at least second or third to last.

I recently dropped all mine in one of those donation boxes for books and media. I also just sold all my vinyl albums for $200 to an online buyer. Going to get rid if my turntable next and use the space to organize my cd's.

The cassettes that I had as a kid are still in my old room at my parents' house. I still can't part with them. My parents are ok with storing them.

Cassettes? What are they? Unlike vinyl, cassettes ain't worth hanging onto unless you absolutely can't get the recording any other way.

No I still have a lot of cassettes.

I never had any tapes. Just cd's. Still got them!

My cd's are in storage at my dad's house and I have a few of them here....but those things are pretty much done too.

I replaced most of my albums that were in cassette form with CD versions, but still have some of the ones I never replaced boxed up collecting dust. My old blank tapes that I used to record music from the radio I still mostly have. Don't listen to them anymore but they are like old photographs from my youth that I don't wanna part with.
