Have you ever had Chicago deep dish pizza? If so, do you prefer it over the standard pizza you generally eat, or not?

I like Chicago style pizza.
And I always prefer deep dish/pan pizzas in general.

It's OK. My brother lives in the Chicago area and he says the pizza there generally sucks compared to what we have back east.

I love deep dish pizza. Absolutely adore it and have been to Chicago and had it. I remember it being SO thick that I couldn't finish more than one slice in one sitting, but it was really good.

I don't know how national this place is, but there's a pizza joint here called Pizza Papolis that claims itself to be Chicago deep dish pizza. Dope as hell, but expensive and not that close to my house so I only have it maybe one or twice a year. But yeah....I love deep dish anything. Pizza or pie.
