The Emmy Awards

I DVR'd the Emmy's which were on some ridiculous channel HLN. I can understand why the major networks didn't want to host them this year. What a piece of garbage the show was, boring, boring and boring. When Erika Slezak did not win the best actress award (Heather Tom did) I turned it off and deleted it and never saw the rest of it.

They completely snubbed All My Children and One Life to Live.

AMC and especially OLTL ALWAYS get snubbed. The Emmy's are fixed. It's why winning an Emmy, IMO, is nothing special anymore. I wrote them off after they snubbed AW for nomination.

Yeah the first hint of "fixing" was when OLTL was not nominated for best Drama Series, who are they kidding?

You're telling me. They don't nominate more from OLTL than they have to and if they ever give a win, it's entirely for show. They hate OLTL.

I'm kinda glad OLTL and AMC were snubbed. Having them nominated and win big in light of cancellation would have just made it that much maddening for me.

For General Hospital winning, Best Drama, Directing, Lead Actor, and Supporting Actor/Actress Awards!!

Erika Slezak should have won best actress.
