    I'll check out track and field, swimming, gymnastics. I don't do amatuer boxing anymore. Talk about fucked up judging!

    Ya'll whylin'. I'm definitely watching the Olympics. I watch it every time it comes around....same with the World Cup. Certain fields I won't watch....but definitely the main events I do.

    I like the obscure sports too....like rowing and diving. Rhythm gymnastics is cool too.

    I still remember being glued to the TV in '72 when Jim McKay came on the air and told the world,
    When I was a kid my father used to say "Our greatest hopes and our worst fears are seldom realized." Our worst fears have been realized tonight. They have now said there were 11 hostages; two were killed in their rooms yesterday morning, nine were killed at the airport tonight. They're all gone.

    havent been watching... but i do like women's gymnastics. Sometimes I like diving

    I remember back in 92 when the cable company did the three channel "triple cast" which was all olympics, all the time. It played the entire event, and all of the events, some were live, some were replays. But I will tell you that It was really interesting, and although the concept bombed with the cable company.... I found myself watching water polo, equestrian jumping, and others.

    I love the Olympics. It is the time I watched sports I normally wouldn't watch any other time....like rowing, archery, speed skating, and judo. It shows you there are more to sports that basketball and football.
