To a point they are but there are some women that just look disgusting with them, the muscles in their stomachs are pulled so tight it looks sickening.

Yeah, flat & smooth but not muscular.
In fact, altho I can enjoy six-pack abs on guys, flat is fine on them as well.

I agree that they can't look too hard, talking about abs, you know I'm going to bring up Janet.
I thought her abs were perfect during the janet. era
I even liked them in the Velvet Rope and Damita Jo's era as well...
Only time I didn't like it was during All For You era, she was a little too muscular.
