It's been a little hectic cause I've spent the better part of the last 3 weeks looking for a new place. Apartment hunting is a lot of work. I don't remember looking this hard when I got the place I'm in now.

I love summer, even if it is hot (and I don't like hot), but I will not complain about it because all too soon it will be winter and there will be snow and cold which I dislike more than when it is really hot. My husband say's I would be happy if it was 72° all the time, and he is right!

Been a busy summer for me, with putting together the chemistry-1 and 2 courses I'll be teaching in a few weeks. I'm in a bit of a lull right now, but possibly not for long--I'll find out at the end of this week or the beginning of next, if I'll also be teaching blood bank in addition to chemistry. Lots of rearranging going on at the college, and they're scrambling last minute to get all courses covered.
If I do end up having to do BB, which I don't mind at all, since that's my forte, I'll be hitting the books again and will be up to my eyeballs in trying to get as much done to create that course as possible, before we start on September 4th.
In the meantime, I've been working on rebuilding iTunes into my laptop--my desktop computer died a couple of weeks ago, and rather than go through the hassle of transferring it from the hard-drive of the old computer, which I ripped out before disposal, I've been just reloading my CD's in to the new setup. Big job, tons of CD's!

It's been OK. The only season change I'm eager for is winter to spring. I usually get a little blue around Labor Day because it's the unoffical end of summer but the pool closes and even though I do enjoy the fall I know what's waiting after that.
