Only if it uses corn tortillas, actually in any dish like that I use corn tortillas even if the recipe calls for flour tortillas. Flour tortillas get slimy when used in recipes like that.

Good to know. I thought this looked pretty good. But I don't want slimy tortillas!

Looks yummy to me, and as long as the recipe does not call for Ricotta cheese, then I'm all for it.
