    I'm sure I'm not the only one wondering why the parents aren't being charged with anything, the fact that they gave two different stories about where their child was (hmmm, let's see, who does that sound like?) says a lot for their credibility and likelihood of innocence or lack thereof already.

    Somewhat different from as scared confused child who killed her newborn isn't it? These parents were older and I have read that often in a home where there is child abuse it is only one child who is abused. They apparently will not be tried even as adults, not tried at all as anything.
