A lot of times during Law and Order I think 'oh man if I was on that jury, I wouldn't buy that crap, I'd nail that son of a bitch'.
One case in point, the SVU episode Unorthodox: a 14 year old boy raped 2 10 year old girls and brutally raped a 10 year old boy to the point he almost died from the blood loss. His lawyer claims TV made him do it because he watches porn all the time and it shows no consequences for what the people do.
And I'm thinking screw that, he's 14, he's not a baby, he knows right and wrong, he heard those kids screaming, he knew they didn't want it, he did it anyway because he wanted to so he could have someone smaller at his mercy instead of being the small guy always picked on. I'd say fry his ass, give him the maximum sentence, send him to jail and keep him away from the rest of the kids.
How about everybody else?
