What video game systems have you (do you) owned -- and what were your favorite games for them?

    I've owned:

    Atari
    The first Nintendo
    Super Nintendo
    Gameboy
    Sega Genesis
    Nintendo 64
    Playstation
    PS2

    I currently own:

    Nintendo Wii
    PS3

Although I would say, I'm not a video game head. That title goes to my brother. In fact, out of the gaming consoles that I said I've owned, I've really only been in possession of 3....Atari, the first Nintendo and the Gameboy (my mom bought me and my brother each Gameboys for Christmas in '93). The rest were shared by me and my brother or were just his outright and I happened to play it a few times. My favorite games were Tetris (of course), Super Mario Bros, Sonic the Hedgehog, that duck game with the gun, Mario Kart, Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Gran Theft Auto and the Sims. My favorite games on the Wii are Mario Kart and Wii Sports resort, Wipeout, and We Ski & Snowboard. I mainly only have the PS3 for the blu-ray purpose so I only own like 6 games on that....Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection, Assassin's Creed, The Sims, Need for Speed, Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe and Sonic and Sega All Stars Racing.

I don't play video games anymore, but I still have my old Sega Genesis. It's sitting on the shelf in one of the basement closets.

I still have my Sega too! My son has PS2 and Wii. I play Wii with him once in a while.
